Who this is about
This website, espritlabs.ai , is operated by [G4G3 Inc] ("Esprit Labs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it.
The short version: this is a portfolio and blog. It does not sell anything, does not have user accounts, does not run advertising, and does not track visitors across the web. The only information you give it is what you type into the contact form, and that is emailed to us and not stored anywhere on this site.
Information you give us
The contact form
If you use the contact form, we collect:
- Your first name
- Your last name
- Your email address
- The content of your message
This information is sent directly to our email inbox. It is not written to a database, saved to a file, or stored on this website in any form. Once the email is delivered, the website retains no copy of it.
We use your email address to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not have one.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes human visitors from automated bots. When you submit the form, your IP address is sent to Cloudflare so that Turnstile can complete this check. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you.
The form also includes a hidden field that human visitors never see. Automated submissions that fill it in are discarded without being sent or stored.
Information collected automatically
Server and network data
This site runs on Cloudflare's network. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical information required to deliver a page to you, including your IP address, the page requested, your browser type and the time of the request. Cloudflare also sets a strictly necessary cookie named __cf_bm for bot management. This cookie does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Content delivery networks
Some of the animation and layout code this site uses is open-source software delivered by public content delivery networks rather than served from our own servers. When a page loads, your browser requests those files directly from jsDelivr ( cdn.jsdelivr.net ) and unpkg ( unpkg.com ). Those providers therefore receive your IP address and basic request information at the moment a page loads.
These are code libraries, not tracking services. They set no cookies of ours and are not used to identify or profile you.

Typefaces
The typeface this site is designed in is served from our own servers. No font provider receives any information about you.
Error logs
If something goes wrong when you submit the contact form, a short diagnostic entry is written to Cloudflare's logging system so that the fault can be found and fixed. These entries record what failed, not what you wrote. The content of your message is never logged. Cloudflare retains these logs for a limited period and then deletes them automatically.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. It does not set cookies, does not use client-side state, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It reports aggregate counts: page views, referring sites, country-level location, browser and device category. None of it identifies you.
Because no cookies or similar tracking technologies are used for analytics, this site does not display a cookie consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, social media tracking tags, heatmaps or session recording.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own.
The only cookie you may receive is __cf_bm, set by Cloudflare's network for bot management and security. It is strictly necessary for the site to operate safely and is exempt from consent requirements.
Who else touches your information
We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done either, and we do not have a mechanism to do so.

External links and embedded content
Blog posts and pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
Where a post embeds content hosted elsewhere, that provider may receive your IP address and set its own cookies as if you had visited it directly.
Your rights
California residents
California law gives residents rights over their personal information, including the right to know what is collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. For any other request, get in touch using the Contact section below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Visitors in the EU, UK and elsewhere
If you are in a jurisdiction that grants rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability over your personal information, you may exercise those rights by contacting us.
Where we process your information, we do so because you asked us to (when you submit the contact form), or because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site running securely and understanding in aggregate how it is used.
Making a request
Use the contact form and tell us what you are asking for. We may ask you to confirm the email address you originally wrote from, so that we do not disclose someone else's correspondence to the wrong person.
We recognise that asking you to send a message in order to request deletion is slightly awkward. The form is the only channel published here, and it stores nothing: your request reaches our inbox as an ordinary email and goes no further.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Credentials used to send email are held as encrypted secrets and are not present in the site's source code.
No system is perfectly secure. Please do not send sensitive personal information, financial account details, health information or confidential client material through the contact form. Use it to start a conversation, and we will find an appropriate channel for anything sensitive.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through the contact form, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
